Position Purpose / Context Lead and drive strategic talent management and development across the assigned country. In close partnership with the Country HRD, Country People COE, Group office People COE and business leaders, develop Talent Management strategies and provide strategic direction, consultation and lead the development of solutions, processes and interventions to build organizational and individual capabilities that will drive and enable the business growth strategy.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Country Leadership & People COE teams to effectively understand & address talent and capability needs in the country.
  • Localize global talent strategies, processes, metrics and routines for key talent management and development processes to ensure building strong & robust talent pipeline including (Employer Branding & EVP Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning & Strategic Talent Acquisition programs, Leadership & functional assessment & development centers, Talent Reviews)
  • Provide strategic direction and manage talent processes for Top country leaders incl. PDFs, Development Centers, HiPO/CAS talent pool management & development, scouting and tracking of future leaders.
  • Effective implementation of Performance Management System in the country and consistent application of PM philosophy, process steps, tools for development, tracking and evaluation principles to foster organization effectiveness and rewards.
  • Lead & develop a team of Talent & Development professionals. Build capabilities and knowledge in the area of Talent Management & Development .
  • Work closely with BIG Talent & Development COE to partner on and leverage global programs and systems. Represent country on BIG Talent and Development forums and initiatives.
  • Partner and play an active role (including leadership where appropriate) BIG Talent and Development programs and projects.
  • Managing effective communication across diverse business units and multiple levels related to process implementation/ execution and development activities – incl. budgets.
  • Managing communication on a cross functional level, Senior Leaders, and BIG system.
  • Leverage emerging practices and technologies in the area of talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, talent development and learning to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of processes .

Job Requirements

  • University/bachelor’s degree.
  • Experienced HR professional with at least 10+ years’ work experience incl. HR generalist and learning & talent development roles. Proven experience in leading team and managing recruitment, selection and talent processes across several business units and/or matrix organization.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into strategic capability development plans and Talent development/pipeline development plans.
  • Effective stakeholder management in building consensus and sponsorship across stakeholders from multiple cultures and business environments.
  • Influence and drive change across all levels in the organization, from frontline employees and leaders to senior level executives.
  • Diagnose internal and external risks.
  • Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the: Business Plan, changing external macroeconomic environment, competing Client needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage BIG (Bottling Investment Group) and TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) resources, assets and curriculum.
  • Identify capability needs among OD leads and support their ongoing development.
