  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs for warehouses, fleet, and logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations, industry standards, and company safety guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations across all operational areas.
  • Lead initiatives to improve safety performance, reduce accidents, and enhance environmental sustainability.
  • Train and mentor staff on HSE practices, fostering a safety-first culture within all teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and HSE metrics, preparing reports for top management and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, and HR teams to integrate HSE into daily operational planning.
  • Review and approve safety-related documentation, permits, and compliance records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and building safety-conscious teams.
