Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and supervise the technician team (scheduling, daily tasks, reporting)
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of amusement machines and equipment
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are strictly followed
  • Coordinate with management to support smooth daily operations
  • Train and develop technicians to improve performance and efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Must have an MBA degree (or a Master’s in Management/Engineering Management). 
  • Minimum 5 years above of proven experience in technical or engineering fields
  • Proven experience in technical or engineering fields
  • Experience managing or supervising a technician team
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or machine maintenance systems
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
