Job Description

HR

  1. Produce employee attendance report & submit to line manager .
  2. Produce daily attendance report and submit summary on lark group everyday.
  3. Calculate payroll for all Businesses.
  4. Ensure employee leave status (Casual/ Annual/ Medical/ Unpaid) are updated daily.
  5. Prepare appointment letters & issue employee ID card.
  6. Keep track of employee probation/ confirmation period.
  7. Prepare confirmation letters/ increment letters/ warning letters or any other related HR letters.
  8. File all letters to employee personal files, scan to global wave HR attachment weekly.
  9. Prepare and update employee file whenever employee leave / join.
  10. Prepare,calculate & submit SSB, income tax monthly.
  11. Keep track of employee birthday & organise birthday party.
  12. Submit recruitment ads @ journal / jobsite / facebook group and coordinate with hr colleague for online agency for vacancy.
  13. Send to job application form to candidates from Job Net and Email CV
  14. Screening and selections of candidates.
  15. Checking the applicant's documents the original for the interview
  16. Coordinate interviews between candidate and interviewers.
  17. Prepare performance appraisals for employees.
  18. Orientation of new employee and exit interview for leavers.
  19. Travel to farm to issue salary and check staffs’ welfare..

Admin

  1. Maintain & produce monthly virus scan report for all issued computer.
  2. Assist in helping out network setup/ printer & scanner setup/ install software application.
  3. Keeping record of laptop / desktop inventory/ staffs’ uniform/Stationary/ House keeping   Stock taken ,purchase and issue the above mentioned inventory.
  4. Plan monthly security and cleaner schedule.
  5. Round inspection of building and update tasks on googlesheet.
  6. Help to plan car route when admin is absent.
  7. Visa/ Stay permit applications for foreign employees.
  8. Yearly company car license renewal.
  9. Daily record for checkpoint of  security route.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bechelor’s Degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in related fields
  • At least age 25 years and above.
  • Need to have advance excel skills
  • Good communication skills in both written and speaking English and Burmese
  • Able to travel to farm 2-3 times per month.
