HR Admin Manager
Min Education Level
-Responsible for developing appropriate policies and programs for effective human resource management.
-Creating and evaluting career paths , overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals.
-Review existing Corporate Human Resources policies and procedures and identify areas of improvements improve on efficiency level.
-Manage the recruitment process including preparing JD, handling employment contracts arranging and conducting interviews.
-Manage the payroll process.
-Monitor employees' performance and assign them in suitable taks.
-Minimum (5) years of experience in HR.Applicants form Construction background wiil be a plus.
-A bachelor's degree in as must and other qualifications in HR or related backgrounds are highly preferred.
-Business English is a must.
-Strong understanding in Labour Law and other HR related knowledge.
-Strong leadership skill and excellent interpersonal.
