Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage job postings, screening, interviews, background checks, contracts, and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, leave records, and databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance verification, benefits administration, and ensure compliance.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Support performance appraisals, probation reviews, and promotion processes. 
  • Oversee daily office functions, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and manage company vehicles/assets.
  • Generate HR reports and provide administrative support to management.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Finance, Administration, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or an equivalent discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email & internet, power point and advance excel.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, collaborative, Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws regarding HR administration
  • Experience in operating HRIS software is preferred
  • Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are considered.
