Assist in recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll preparation and staff benefits administration
Assist in performance appraisal and staff development activities
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
Handle staff onboarding and exit procedures
Administrative Functions
Assit office administration, supplies, and company assets
Maintain office files, documents, and correspondence
Coordinate office maintenance and vendor services
Support management in daily administrative tasks
Ensure a smooth and efficient office environment

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration field
Good knowledge of HR practices and office administration
Strong organizational and communication skills
Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work independently and in a team
