  1. Recruitment and onboarding - Posting jobs , screening,interviewing basic staffs and orientation
  2. Payroll & Benefits - Keeping track of attendance and assist with salary calculation
  3. Record Management - Maintain and update records and verify them when necessary
  4. Compliance - Operation and action according to labor law, rules and regulations of the company
  5. Office administration - Arranging logistics & accommodation,  meals and expenses, organizing company events and employees' affairs
  6. Office supplies & assets management - Acquiring, record keeping and maintaining company's assets and supplies

Job Requirements

  1. Proficient in Microsoft office and labor law
  2. Certificate in HR and Office administration
  3. Strong documentation and record-keeping ability
  4. Good communication and leadership skill
