Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination).

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documents.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

  • Support payroll preparation and staff benefits administration.

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Handle employee inquiries and basic HR issues.

  • Support performance appraisal processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Manage daily office administration tasks.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.

  • Maintain company assets and inventory records.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.

  • Prepare administrative and HR reports.

  • Arrange meetings, travel, and company events when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration (Fresh graduates with strong potential may apply).

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

  • Good understanding of recruitment and employee record management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
