  • Manage Monthly payrolls and bonuses for all employees.
  • Arrange and manage all HR-related tasks and paperwork.
  • Have indepth knowledge of labour laws and taxation laws and make sure the company policies and procedures are aligned with it.
  • Listen to and resolve all employees’ inquiries and complaints.
  • Resolve employee relations issues according to company policies fairly.
  • Supervise and maintain company handbook.
  • Arrange the purchase of office supplies and other things within the budget.
  • Arrange company activities if required.
  • Regular report to BOD.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Minimum 5 years HR and Admin experience
