Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop a systematic and standardized Policy, Producers, SOPs for the organization.
  • Check daily attendance and leave records assist to HR Manager.
  • Prepare daily and monthly attendance, late, leave and OT for employees.
  • Orientation Training for new Staff (Maintenance Staff, Driver, Security, Cleaner) and if there need of existing staff.
  • Create, update, and maintain job postings on external job board websites and online file sharing.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Repair and maintenance of all vehicles plying under the control of the organization.
  • Carrying out Admin work requirements in your office (such as vehicle maintenance, office furniture, Electrical & HSE process)

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate from any university.
  • Must be between (25) and (35) years of age.
  • At least 3 years experiences in HR & Admin Management fields.
  • Must be knowledge of labor law, SSB and Income Tax.
  • Can use computer Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point and HR software.
  • Can perform effectively leading role in HR function such as recruitment and selection, Welfare, Health and safety, employment relation, resignation, and termination process.
  • Must be able to work independently and under stressful situation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
