Ninja Van Myanmar is hiring talented HR professionals for the following roles;

1. HR Supervisor - Talent Acquisition:

  • Supervise and lead the talent acquisition team in recruiting and hiring activities.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and screenings.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and propose improvements.     

2. HR Supervisor - Compensation & Benefits:

  • Supervise the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits questions.

3. HR Supervisor - Learning & Development:

  • Supervise the planning and implementation of training programs.
  • Develop and maintain training policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Manage the training budget and resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
