Job Purpose

The HR & Administrative Assistant provides essential support for recruitment, HR documentation, and office operations. This entry-level role is critical in maintaining Elevate’s daily workflow by ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.

The Assistant role is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow within HR and administration. With hands-on training and exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and event logistics, this position provides a clear pathway into more senior HR and administrative roles at Elevate.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Admin

  • Collect CVs, update trackers, and monitor candidate pipelines.

  • Send pre-screen forms and follow up with applicants.

  • Schedule interviews, prepare rooms, and print evaluation sheets.
     

HR Documentation

  • Assist with contracts, agreements, and confidentiality forms.

  • File and organize HR records (digital and physical).
     

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Support new hire checklists and workspace preparation.

  • Update asset logs for issuance and returns.
     

Office & Supplies

  • Procure refreshments, stationery, and manage petty cash submissions.

  • Keep the office organized and guest-ready.
     

Events & Marketing Support

  • Prepare and dispatch marketing/event materials.

  • Assist during fairs, rep visits, and internal events.
     

Commitment

  • Minimum 16 months (4-month probation + 12-month confirmed).

  • Respond to team communication within 10 minutes during office hours.

  • Available for evening/weekend events when required.
