  • ဝန်ထမ်းသစ်များ ခန့်အပ်ရန်တွက် Interview ခေါ်ခြင်း၊အလုပ်ခေါ်ကြော်ငြာများထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊CV Form များလက်ခံခြင်း၊ အင်တာဗျူးရန်အတွက်လိုအပ်သော လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရခြင်း။
  • နေ့စဉ် ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် Promotor များရဲ့  Attendance စာရင်းများပြုစုပြီး KYT, OT, Monthly Report များပြုလုပ်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ Record လုပ်၍ ရုံးချုပ်သို့ပေးပို့ခြင်း။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် လိုအပ်သော Internal/External Training များ နှင့် Meeting များအားစီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • လစဉ် အစိုးရရုံးဌာနများသို့ သွားရောက်၍ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လူမှုဖူလုံရေးကိစ္စများ၊ EC စာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုခြင်း၊ သက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။
  • Company မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းများအား အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့်ပတ်သတ်သော ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို HR Software ထဲထည့်၍ စနစ်တကျထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်း။

  • Any Gratuduate
  • At least (6) Months experiecne in related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills  (MS Office, Excel and Power Point).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
