We are looking for an HR  Assistance to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our company & Japanese Training School

Main Responsibilities

• Assist HR  Manager & School Principal and responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions

•Handle full recruitment process which includes job advertisements, conducting interviews, salary proposals, work pass applications, and maintenance of   employee database & new hire information.

•Ensure local labor laws & compliance is maintained in accordance with the respective township labor office, SSB office, and PIT tax office are a must. 

• To prepare monthly HR reports and ensure appraisals are completed on time

•Support in the formulation and execution of HR & Admin policies, guidelines, and procedures 


•  Maintain the organization’s directory and organizational charts

• Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Preferred - Bachelor Degree in related field

• 3-5 years experience in HR in related field. (Prefer International Organization experience)

• excellent in written and verbal English and Burmese


•Familiarity with Human resources Information systems (HRIS)

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks. 


• Result-oriented, independent, responsible and team player 


• Age between 30 to 35
