  • Assist in posting job ads and scheduling interviews

  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts and warnings

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data

  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures

  • Help organize training and employee engagement programs

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

  • University-level education. 

  • Diploma in HRM/ HRD. 

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
