  • Handle the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, BU HR and applicants for interview scheduling.
  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and file necessary recruitment documents.
  • Preparing Employment Offer Letters and Employment Contracts.
  • Conduct background and reference checks when required.
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist role.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
