Job Descriptions 

  • Manage daily attendance and leave records for both daily waged and permanent staff
  • Handle monthly payroll calculation
  • Assist in recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview arrangements)
  • Prepare documentation for new hires and exiting employees
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and records
  • Ensure company policies and regulations are followed by all staff
  • Support employee relations and address basic workplace concerns
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
  • Update HR policies and procedures
  • Keep HR records properly
  • Maintain HR records in accordance with ISO 
  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Report HR updates to management

Job Requirements

Job Specifications 

  • Any graduate degree (HR diploma or degree is an advantage)
  • At least 2–3 years experience in HR field
  • Factory or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle payroll calculations accurately
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Able to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
