Job Descriptions
· Manage daily attendance and leave records for both daily waged and permanent staff· Handle monthly payroll calculation· Assist in recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview arrangements)· Prepare documentation for new hires and exiting employees· Maintain and update employee personnel files and records· Ensure company policies and regulations are followed by all staff· Support employee relations and address basic workplace concerns· Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned. Update HR policies and procedures. Keep HR records properly. Maintain HR records in accordance with ISO . Prepare monthly HR reports. Report HR updates to management

Job Specifications
· Any graduate degree (HR diploma or degree is an advantage)· At least 2–3 years experience in HR field. Factory or manufacturing experience is preferred· Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle payroll calculations accurately. Good communication skills. Able to handle confidential information. Able to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
