Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: manpower requests, job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, personal files, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and shift records; coordinate with payroll team.
  • Support performance management processes (probation reviews, KPI).
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.
  • Evaluate and monitor departmental budgets, collaborating with finance and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Must be able to consistently provide overall management and supervision of all employees and daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and internal HR policies.
  • Support training and development activities, including orientation and basic skills training.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Distribution(FMCG) or factory environment.
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including integrity, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, to effectively lead HR initiatives and inspire confidence among team members.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to achieve shared objectives.
