Job Summary

The HR Manager leads both operational and strategic HR functions to support factory performance and sustainable growth. This role goes beyond daily HR activities by providing data-driven insights, workforce forecasting, and proactive solutions to management.The HR Manager ensures the right people, structure, and capabilities are in place to meet production demands while controlling labor risks and costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan manpower and forecast hiring based on production needs
  • Identify workforce risks and solve issues early
  • Prepare monthly HR reports with clear insights for management
  • Support managers to improve team performance using data
  • Align HR actions with business results (cost, output, quality)
  • Develop training and support succession for key roles
  • Strengthen discipline and leadership of line supervisors
  • Reduce turnover and maintain a stable workforce
  • Control labor cost, overtime, and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance, smooth HR operations, and consistent practices across all locations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7 to 10 years of HR experience (Preferred for Factory industry background)
  • At least 3 years of management level
  • Strong experience in HR reporting, analytics, and workforce planning
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
  • Good understanding of factory operations and labor dynamics
  • Strong communication skills with both workers and management
  • Proactive, structured, and business-minded
  • Preferred age for Over 35
