A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage the daily HR operations
  • Act as a Business Partner to the Top Management team providing advice regarding HR issues.
  • Design and manage HR policies and practices to ensure that HR initiatives are competitive, innovative and cost effective to the Hospital.
  • Develop and maintain an effective performance management system that will monitor and increase employee’s productivity through annual or biannual review.
  • Assist the Management in planning and implementing appropriate development program for key individuals identified for succession plan.
  • Lead the performance appraisal, staff promotion and career development programs.
  • Oversell the payroll process and ensure full compliance with financial regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year experiences in HR fields.
  • At least 2 years of experiences in managerial role.
  • Experience of deploying and managing change in a multi-dimensional matrix environment will be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people within a multinational environment.
