Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Do the issues about all office announcement letters.
  • Check and conduct the payroll process for MK, using Payroll software.
  • Handle leave, overtime, medical and other benefits administration.
  • Prepare SSB payment and other company assistance.
  • Monitor and guide for the running of HR Software.
  • Monitoring the effective performance review for annual appraisal for all employees.
  • Prepare and calculate monthly salary for all employees.
  • Monitoring the staff welfare activities and benefits for all employees.           
  • Screening the appropriate applications for interview.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Prepare monthly HR report.                                                                                              
  • Explain the company’s rules & regulations to new employees.
  • Supervise and check all outgoing documents.   
  • Maintain HR confidential files. 
  • Perform others duties assigned by HR Manager.
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor law.

  • Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources Development
  • University Bachelor's degree or any related degree
  • 3 years’ experience HR field
  • English 4 skills
  • Ability to use MS office tools effectively
  • Good  knowledge in human resource Management

  • Effective communication skills
  • Creative thinking & problem solving skill.
