Job Summary;

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. HR Assistant responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions
  • Handle full recruitment process which includes job advertisements, conduct interview, salary proposal, work pass applications and maintenance of employee database
  • To prepare monthly HR reports and ensure appraisal complete on time
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred
  • Work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
