  • To manage Unifrom supporting process for all employees.
  • To support Company Event and Seasonal Event timely and effectively
  • To manage distibution of Employee Benefit Items effectively
  • To support procrument process for Benefits Items purchasing
  • To coordinate and support internal user and vendor communication to manage Change Request activities.
  • To monitor and prepare payment process timely 
  • To monitor and update Inventory timely 
  • To assist Manager for budget effectiveness
  • To do vendors contract preparation and renew process timely

Job Requirements

  • Becholor in Business Administration OR other Bechalor Degree ( BA/ B.Sc)
  • Diploma in HR Managmemnt
  • At least 3 years experience in HR Functional Field 
  • Good in MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Strong in Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong in Negotiation Skills and Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong in Database Management 
  • Communication in English language (4 skills)
