  • Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures
  • Assist manager in implementing continuous improvement activities for HR administration processes and services within the Business Unit
  • Collate, document, and prepare reports on administration services delivered
  • Provide administration support on department's initiatives and programs
  • Record findings and prepare maintenance reports

  • Demonstrate in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate in the local language, and preferably in English, both written and spoken
  • Certificate in Human Resources or similar related preferred
