  • Initiate the established HR strategies and implement them with management to achieve the success of the HR strategies that aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process and implement the selection process with the competency framework.
  • Conduct employer branding with employee engagements, recognitions, benefits, and CSR activities.
  • Devise a performance appraisal system across the organization including target setting, and performance reviews, and enable the development of the HR team.
  • Implement HR Metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies and provide valuable information for various strategies.
  • Conduct orientation training and enhance people management competency in related departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of manpower plan according to the business plan.
  • Develop the organization chart and ensure that it is maintained and updated in response to any changes
  • Prepare the budgets; salary, benefits of all employees, annual recruitment cost, and monthly expenses HR.
  • Arrange monthly payment plan, and benefits program including allowances, commissions, etc. before the deadline.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Labor Laws and taking action when there is illegal with the law.
  • Submit the direct reports to the direct boss and provide guidance to team members to perform the tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • 5 Years and above experience as HR Manager
  • People-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competent in building and managing interpersonal relationship
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Diploma in HRM. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Ability to use MS Office and HR Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
