Job Summary
Join Green Nature Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an HR Manager in Hlaingtharya, Yangon. You will lead core HR, training, and recruitment activities to support a productive, compliant, and people-focused workplace in the clothing manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance, and compliance support.
● Manage end-to-end recruitment to hire qualified talent aligned with production needs.
● Plan and deliver training programs that strengthen performance, skills, and engagement.
● Support performance management, policy implementation, and HR reporting activities.
● Partner with department leaders to solve workforce issues and improve team effectiveness.
● Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality across all employee matters.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in HR, training, and recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
● Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation/reporting systems.
● Experience at manager level with strong coordination and decision-making ability.
