Overview and manage end-to-end HR operations for a group workforce of 100+ employees.
Develop, implement, and update HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
Supervise payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Establish and drive Performance Management Systems, including KPIs and appraisal evaluations.
Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs to enhance team performance.
Handle employee relations, workplace grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HR Diploma/Professional Certification preferred).
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the Aesthetic, Clinic, Retail, or Service industries.
Demonstrated experience managing HR operations for a workforce of 100+ employees in a group of companies.
In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and employment regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office applications
