An Exciting Opportunity for ...
• Develop and implement the HR governance policies and procedures.• Coordinate with other department heads and organization’s leaders regarding HR planning, employee sourcing and timeline of the recruitments.• Preparing JD, job posting and handling the recruitment process• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.• Ensuring accurate implementation of payroll procedure• Prepare performance appraisals for employees.• Resignation and Exit Interview Process.• Support the Team Building Plan and other HR related activities• Coordinate and liaise with related government offices (labour office, SSB office, tax office, etc) and handle related payments to those offices.• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.• Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Must have knowledge in Myanmar labour laws, SSB Rules, related tax process.• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Computer Literate in Microsoft offices (especially Advanced Excel) and HR software
