Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•    Develop and implement the HR governance policies and procedures.
•    Coordinate with other department heads and organization’s leaders regarding HR planning, employee sourcing and timeline of the recruitments.
•    Preparing JD, job posting and handling the recruitment process
•    Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
•    Ensuring accurate implementation of payroll procedure
•    Prepare performance appraisals for employees.
•    Resignation and Exit Interview Process.
•    Support the Team Building Plan and other HR related activities
•    Coordinate and liaise with related government offices (labour office, SSB office, tax office, etc) and handle related payments to those offices.
•    Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
•    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
•    Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Must have knowledge in Myanmar labour laws, SSB Rules, related tax process.
•    Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

•    Computer Literate in Microsoft offices (especially Advanced Excel) and HR software
