Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or relavent field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
