  • Assist in finding potential candidate from difference sources
  • Posting job advertisement on suitable platform
  • Response on inquiry form candidates for recruitment and selection process
  • Collecting and screening CV
  • Creating personal profile and follow up employee’s documents
  • Arrange interview and clarification on supported document
  • Do reference and background check pre/post interview
  • Welcome and onboard new employee
  • Prepare EC and signing JD for new comer
  • Arrange for orientation and training program for new comer
  • Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
  • Prepare the approval letter and package proposal for new employee and send email- new employee announcement

Job Requirements

  • Any degree with Diploma in HR/Certificate
  • Possess HR Diploma/Certificate
  • Minimum 3-year experience in related field
  • Computer proficiency and able to type Myanmar font (Unicode)
  • Able to work under pressure and must be result oriented
  • Good analysis, evaluation and problem-solving skill
  • Understand Myanmar labour law and SSB Law
