Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Check the manpower requisition forms from all departments.
  • Organize the vacancy announcement process, arrange job fairs and also contact the agencies
  • According to the urgency of vacant roles, proceed the execution accordingly
  • Monthly Staff information and Profile update by hard copy as well as soft copy
  • Pre- screening CVs and conduct the interview process
  • Communicate and schedule for interview process
  • Report day-to-day new staffs’ information to Line Manager
  • Check the salary & contracts for new staffs, execute the probation extension, employment confirmation and contract renewal, etc.
  • Submit weekly recruitment progress report to Line Manager
  • Dealing with HR operation related issue for all Retail cluster
  • Prepare job offer letter and Employment Contract for endorsement
  • Arrange on boarding process for new comers
  • Assist on-the-job training, orientation and follow up for new hires
  • Analyze and remind to department head for staff confirmation monthly
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Senior or Line Manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in related field will be preferable
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR field 
  • Computer proficiency and Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Able to communicate in English and Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
  • Proactive and service-oriented person
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as required
