HR Softskill Trainer - Deputy Manager
Min Education Level
> Deliver the softskill training including but not limited to Leadership, Team Work, productivity improvement, Problem Solving, logical thinking, Decision Making, Negotiation, Cross Culture, Customer Care etc> Develop new Softskill training module> Plan the training program and estimate the budget> Make Assessment and Report the training result and budget> Negotiate and coordinate with regional HR training PIC and the outsourced training vendors as well> Arrange the training> Communicate with the training planning and administration group> Conduct (teach) Softskill training in Yangon and other states & regions> Monitor the improvement of the trainees and reporting to manager> Find out training needs for staff development and whole organization improvement (Training Need Analysis)
• Good communication skill• Intermediate level of English language skill• Be patience and tolerance• Punctual• Have team spirit and work as a team• Must have POLC Skill (Planning ,Organizing , Leading and Controlling)
