  • Responsible for manpower planning and Recruitment & Selection.
  • Responsible for Orientation Program.
  • Responsible for payroll calculation & process.
  • Maintain & Record Employee Personal Data & General Information & Educational Background and Family History.
  • Reporting monthly attendance and leave benefit.
  • Assistant the implementation process of the new policy and regulations.
  • Prepare & follow up the announcement letter.
  • Assistant to the performance appraisal process of all staffs (one time per year).
  • Maintain the record staff performance score and data, support the yearly increment process.
  • Responsible for Monthly SSB Contribution and SSB Affairs. (Social Security Board)
  • Answer back to employees’ voice and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible for the Training & Development Program.
  • Responsible employee welfare program.
  • Handle all the administrations task.
  • Follow the job assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in HR & Admin field (as HR & Admin Senior Level).
  • The knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR best practices.
  • Must be good in MS office application Ward, Excel, Power Point.
  • Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problems solving skills, analytical skill and time management.
  • Be proactive and initiative and positive attitude.Keep confidential.
