HR Manager - Manufacturing Group

We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function across both head office and factory operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate HR, factory HR, employee relations, recruitment, discipline management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires someone who can work closely with management while also understanding the realities of manufacturing operations, labour relations, and workforce discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations across head office and factory teams.

  • Handle recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee retention.

  • Manage employee relations, labour issues, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflict professionally.

  • Strengthen HR policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance.

  • Support performance review, increment, bonus, and staff evaluation processes.

  • Work closely with department heads and factory management to improve people management, discipline, and workforce effectiveness.

  • Support strategic HR initiatives including organization structure, succession planning, talent development, and culture building.

  • Maintain confidentiality, fairness, and ethical standards in all HR matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or companies with both office and factory operations.

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour handling, discipline procedures, and HR compliance.

  • Experience in corporate HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, HR policy, and management reporting.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

  • Must be firm, fair, ethical, and culturally aligned with the company.

  • Ability to work with senior management, department heads, supervisors, and factory employees.
