HR Responsibilities
Core HR Management: Oversee and manage basic HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, leave management, and employee performance evaluations.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct orientation programs for new hires and systematically handle employee offboarding processes.
Payroll & Benefits: Manage employee salaries, Social Security Board (SSB) benefits, and other welfare or benefit-related matters.
Performance & Incentives: Establish KPI (Key Performance Indicator) systems to evaluate employee performance, and systematically calculate and manage incentive distributions.
SOP Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all employees strictly follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the workplace.
Employee Relations: Intervene, mediate, and resolve employees' grievances, queries, and workplace needs.
Documentation & Contracts: Prepare and update the Employee Handbook, and systematically draft and handle employment contracts and other official legal documentation.
Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence and compliance with labor laws, rules, and regulations.
Data Management: Accurately maintain employee personal records and continuously update HR databases.
Inter-Clinic Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate smooth HR operations and communications across various clinic branches.
Events & Training: Organize company events, meetings, and employee training programs. Additionally, identify employee training needs and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training sessions.
Admin Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee and supervise daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
Procurement & Asset Management: Procure necessary office stationery, general supplies, and equipment as needed; maintain accurate records and inventory of company assets.
Facility & Utility Maintenance: Inspect and ensure that water, electricity, air conditioning, internet, and other office equipment in both the office and clinic are fully operational; take responsibility for coordinating repairs with relevant technicians and vendors when necessary.
Staff Supervision & Housekeeping: Supervise the daily duties of cleaning staff, security personnel, and drivers; create their work schedules and ensure that the office and clinic premises are always clean, tidy, and orderly.
External Liaison & Compliance: Handle company-related license renewals, tax matters, municipal (YCDC/City Development) affairs, township office coordination, and other external communications.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and compile administrative management reports, relevant documents, and HR/Admin-related correspondence.
Company Driving Duties: Be capable of and available to drive the company vehicle for business operations when required.

Job Requirements
Age: Between 25 and 35 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.), Human Resource Management (HRM), or a related field (Preference will be given to candidates with an HR Certificate or Diploma).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Administration and HR field.
Industry Preference: Prior HR experience in the Healthcare (Hospital/Clinic) or Service Industry is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience in drafting and implementing SOP and KPI systems is highly preferred.
Legal Knowledge: Proficient understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employment contract procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong management skills, excellent time management, and effective communication skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); prior experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) software is an asset.
Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information.
Interpersonal Attributes: Must be a proactive team player with strong problem-solving capabilities.
