Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Support data for monthly payroll, including salary, incentives, SSB, and Personal Income Tax.
  2. Coordinate the employee’s benefit related with SSB.
  3. Support to prepare the Personal Income Tax reports to the government.
  4. Prepare monthly SSB payments to the Social Security Board office.
  5. Support to prepare the Personal Income Tax payments to the Myanmar Tax Office.
  6. Maintain payroll and compensation records properly.
  7. Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll data.
  8. Update and manage payroll data in HRIS and payroll systems.
  9. Support other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
  10. Support HR Manager in handling employee grievances related to compensation and benefits.
  11. Coordinate with branch offices regarding employee compensation and benefit processes.
  12. Assist in preparing employment confirmation letters, salary Slip, and other compensation-related documents.
  13. Support implementation of HR policies and ensure employees understand company compensation policies.
  14. Support employee engagement initiatives related to rewards, incentives, and welfare programs.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in compensation and benefit or payroll work.
  3. Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and HR operations.
  4. Experience using HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
  5. Good skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  6. Able to work carefully with numbers and data.
  7. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  8. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Able to keep information confidential.
  10. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
