Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor law and regulations
  • Manpower planning and job design and Create job descriptions and announcements
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process (screening, interviews, offers)
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Organize staff engagement activities and feedback surveys · 
  • Monitor performance improvement and skill development
  • Assit the Payroll process. (Attendance, leave, OT.etc)
  • Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, files, etc.)
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection
  • Digitize HR workflows and ensure system efficiency
  • Train staff on usage of HR tools and systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience;.
  • Good knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices
  • Able to work independently and build HR systems from scratch
