A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

•    Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and monitor requisition approvals.
•    Handle recruitment and selection processes (Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Initial phone interview, Arrange Interview (F2F and virtual), Offering etc.)
•    Perform background and reference checks as needed.
•    Conduct the On-Boarding program to compliance company’s policies, rules and regulations, benefits and organization culture.
•    Maintain the recruitment tracking system and talent pipelines to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
•    Arrange and collaborate the various activities for the employer branding & employee engagement.
•    Handle the Off-Boarding process such as exit interview, clearance and handover process.
•    Perform or participate in projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferred HR related accreditation or business)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment & selection, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
