• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and monitor requisition approvals.• Handle recruitment and selection processes (Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Initial phone interview, Arrange Interview (F2F and virtual), Offering etc.)• Perform background and reference checks as needed.• Conduct the On-Boarding program to compliance company’s policies, rules and regulations, benefits and organization culture.• Maintain the recruitment tracking system and talent pipelines to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.• Arrange and collaborate the various activities for the employer branding & employee engagement.• Handle the Off-Boarding process such as exit interview, clearance and handover process.• Perform or participate in projects as assigned.
