Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1.    To review existing manpower and check manpower requisition form from each department for vacancy announcement
2.    To use proper channels and job portals for effective job posting
3.    Plan and arrange for Job fairs and to build employer branding
4.    To compile all JDs and JS for all positions in each department
5.    To screening all received CVs and to arrange for interview by liaising with respective HODs
6.    Report to Sr. HR Manager for all interview status in Daily/weekly
7.    Background check for selected candidates; supervisor position and above levels 
8.    Prepare for monthly In - list, new comers join date report to Sr. HR Manager
9.    To arrange orientation program and monthly conduct to all new staff for this
10.    To assist and conduct in PA Process 
11.    To prepare weekly, monthly recruitment status reports and submit to HOD
12.    To assist ER Issues, Compensation & Benefits, Finger Print Software, Policies updating & developing

Job Requirements

1.    Education: Bachelor Degree or Certificate/ Dip in HR
2.    Experience: At least 3 years in human resources field 
3.    Must have knowledge in labor law
4.    Good interpersonal skills. 
5.    Can work at tight deadline and under pressure.
6.    Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
7.    Experiences in HRIS is preferred
