Job Summary
HSE Engineer responsible for driving a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment for engineering operations in Site. This role supports risk control, inspections, incident prevention, and continuous improvement to protect people, assets, and project performance.

Key Responsibilities
● Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site standards across daily operations.
● Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, and site inspections to identify and control hazards.
● Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs to strengthen safety culture.
● Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
● Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE objectives.
● Monitor contractor and employee compliance with PPE, permit systems, and safe work practices.
● Maintain HSE records, reports, audits, and documentation for management and regulatory review.
● Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response planning for site operations.

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
● 3 to 5+ years of HSE experience in chemical, engineering, construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
● Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, incident investigation, and permit-to-work systems.
● Familiarity with local safety regulations and international best practices.
● Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills in English; Myanmar language is an advantage.
● Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities in a site-based environment.
● Proficient in MS Office and HSE documentation, reporting, and audit processes.
● Certified HSE training or safety qualifications are an advantage.
