Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage compensation and benefits (payroll and income tax, social security, medical insurance, bonus, merit increase, employee uniforms, etc.);
  • Maintain organization chart, manpower planning or headcount data reporting.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly HR & admin budget, compile data for analysis, maintain compensation databases
  • Manage absence, time and attendance of employee as well as contract service workers;
  • Responsible for communicating and administering Employee Engagement programs
  • Monitor and responsible for Statutory compliance of various industrial laws including labour law
  • Manage employees registration at labor office, prepare Employment Contract and follow up on contract status
  • Ensure that organizations HR strategy is implemented effectively and that organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
  • Responsible for audit compliances.  
  • Coordination of recruitment and selection right from sourcing and screen of resumes to arranging interviews on timely basis
  • Labour contractors related administration. Supply of casual labour on need basis
  • Assist in Performance Management coordination and up keep record.
  • To coordinate and keep record up to date in relation to various trainings.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as canteen, housekeeping and vehicles management.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with 4 years of experience in Human Resources with focus on Compensation and Benefits
  • Work experience with MNC is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office. Extensive experience in Myanmar income tax calculation
  • In-depth knowledge in labour law, tax law;
  • Good numerical skills and analytical skills;
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Good in communications both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure
