  • Assist in preparing and processing import documentation according to customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary documents and information
  • Ensure all import operations adhere to company policies and trade regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import activities.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with professional Diploma or Certificate related Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in import operations, logistic or a relevant role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documentations
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Good Attitude and communication skill
