Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and oversee import/export licensing processes, including application, renewal, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Handle customs clearance procedures for imported and exported goods, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, including permits, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government agencies to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve customs or licensing-related issues to avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, customs documentation, and clearance activities.
  • Keep abreast of changes in customs regulations and import/export requirements affecting FMCG products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
