To support the General Manager in supplier coordination, order processing, import operations, and shipment management, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of business activities.
Key Responsibility
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and relevant government authorities under the direction of the General Manager.
Assist the General Manager in order planning, order submission, and supplier-related activities.
Coordinate import license applications and import-related documentation with the Import Department.
Follow up on shipment schedules and maintain communication with suppliers regarding shipment status.
Prepare, verify, and distribute shipping and supplier-related documents to relevant departments.
Coordinate supplier payment arrangements with the Finance Department and ensure payment information accuracy.
Attend supplier meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and communicate action items to concerned parties.
Support customs clearance and import documentation processes when required.
Provide regular updates and reports on order, shipment, and supplier activities to the General Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related function.
Age: 28-35
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
Good command of English (especially written communication and grammar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Tactful, courteous, disciplined, and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Must be willing and committed to working with the company on a long-term basis.
