Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To support the General Manager in supplier coordination, order processing, import operations, and shipment management, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of business activities.
  • Key Responsibility
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and relevant government authorities under the direction of the General Manager.
  • Assist the General Manager in order planning, order submission, and supplier-related activities.
  • Coordinate import license applications and import-related documentation with the Import Department.
  • Follow up on shipment schedules and maintain communication with suppliers regarding shipment status.
  • Prepare, verify, and distribute shipping and supplier-related documents to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate supplier payment arrangements with the Finance Department and ensure payment information accuracy.
  • Attend supplier meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and communicate action items to concerned parties.
  • Support customs clearance and import documentation processes when required.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on order, shipment, and supplier activities to the General Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related function.
  • Age: 28-35
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
  • Good command of English (especially written communication and grammar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Tactful, courteous, disciplined, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Must be willing and committed to working with the company on a long-term basis.
