Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect company interests.

Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry regulations.

Manage legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.

Advise management and internal teams on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.

Handle disputes, litigation, and external legal communications in collaboration with external counsel when required.

Support corporate governance activities, including board meetings, resolutions, and company secretarial functions.

Assist in intellectual property protection, data privacy, and employment law issues as needed.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and provide proactive recommendations.

Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree (LLM) or additional legal certifications preferred.

Licensed to practice law and registered with the appropriate bar council or legal authority.

5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm.

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to provide sound, practical legal advice aligned with business objectives.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
