Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Acquire worker agencies to strengthen the international money transfer business.
  • Open related new bank accounts for immigrant workers to boost the number of accounts.
  • Ensure opened bank accounts are actively used for receiving money transfer transactions.
  • Share the money transfer process clearly with immigrant workers for better understanding.
  • Provide after-sales service for customers who need more information about sending money to MCB from various countries.
  • Assist in acquiring new remittance house partners together with senior staff.
  • Support marketing activities and promotions when required.
  • Report promptly after client meetings and update the client dashboard on a daily basis.
  • Prepare next week’s meeting plans and activities in coordination with senior staff.
  • Compile timely weekly and monthly business update reports.
  • Support administrative tasks for senior staff when necessary.
  • Assist with ad-hoc matters related to the international money transfer (IMT) business.
  • Work or travel on weekends if required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in banking or remittance services
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of international remittance processes
  • Able to coordinate with partners and assist in marketing
  • Strong reporting and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
