Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provide daily functional support to internal users for business systems such as Odoo, mobile apps, and internal tools.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., IT, Operations, Vendor) to gather requirements, support system usage, and follow up on system-related issues.
  • Assist in system testing (Unit Test, UAT, SIT), document test results, and support users during the testing phase.
  • Conduct user training sessions, create and maintain system manuals, and ensure consistent documentation. Track support tickets, monitor issue resolution, and ensure smooth communication with vendors and developers
  • Stay updated on new technologies (e.g., New Odoo apps, JavaScript basics, SaaS tools) and be willing to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ensure smooth rollout, testing, and support for all HR-related modules in Odoo (e.g. Recruitment, Employees, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, etc..).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a functional support or IT coordination role.
  • Experience with Odoo (or other HRMS systems) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of system testing, documentation, and user training.
  • Familiar with common tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and internal ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with non-technical users and explain systems in simple terms.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
