An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Collaborate with property management teams to understand and address the unique IT requirements of the shopping mall, residential properties, and service offices.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, to meet the specific needs of each business unit.
Provide technical support to end-users in the shopping mall, residential properties, and service offices, addressing IT-related issues promptly.
Oversee the implementation and upgrade of software applications across different business units, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, including data backups and disaster recovery planning for shopping mall, residential, and service office operations.
Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software tailored to the diverse needs of each business unit.
Monitor and manage IT budgets for the shopping mall, residential, and service office segments.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, recommending technology improvements that cater to the unique demands of each business unit.
Train and mentor IT staff to enhance their skills in supporting the distinct IT needs of the shopping mall, residential, and service office operations.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures specific to each business unit.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support and management roles, preferably in a multi-faceted real estate environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
