An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Collaborate with property management teams to understand and address the unique IT requirements of the shopping mall, residential properties, and service offices.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, to meet the specific needs of each business unit.
  • Provide technical support to end-users in the shopping mall, residential properties, and service offices, addressing IT-related issues promptly.
  • Oversee the implementation and upgrade of software applications across different business units, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, including data backups and disaster recovery planning for shopping mall, residential, and service office operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software tailored to the diverse needs of each business unit.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets for the shopping mall, residential, and service office segments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, recommending technology improvements that cater to the unique demands of each business unit.
  • Train and mentor IT staff to enhance their skills in supporting the distinct IT needs of the shopping mall, residential, and service office operations.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures specific to each business unit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and management roles, preferably in a multi-faceted real estate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
