Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To communicate to resolve and monitor for the end-users Printer Troubleshooting, System error, PC hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnose and complex issues, Microsoft 365 email issues, network issues for walk-in users, via request ticketing system and assist for phone answering.
  • To manage Microsoft 365 accounts and license status such as registration in Inventory and creation for new users and delete for termination users. (Users: Both Head Office users and S & R users).
  • To assist in enforcing basic IT security policies, verifying that end-user devices are compliant with company standards (e.g., updated antivirus software, OS patches, and proper access controls).
  • To co-operate to resolve some issues with relevant team.
  • To assist with gatekeeper role to assign a relevant engineer to solve the issues when users open a ticket via the ticketing system.
  • To check daily feedback of users' emails and solve them to reply to the user and assist colleagues.
  • To communicate vendor to repair PC hardware and software troubleshoot.
  • To train the end-users on how to set up and use new technologies.
  • To involve in the new project which are planned and implemented anytime (+Ad hoc) coordinating with the IT infra team.

Job Requirements

  • B.E. (Electronics) <OR> B.E. (IT) <OR> M.Sc (Computer Science)
  • Minimum 3 years experience of Microsoft system and User Support in IT Field (Hardware & Network service field)
  • Well knowledge in MCSA/ Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Window Server Administration
  • Good at communication and management (externally and internally)
  • Understanding new technologies and sharing to users
